Leadership is as much about developing the self as others. We believe that better people make better organisations. We develop tailored coaching strategies using field-tested psychometrics tools that improve upon existing emotional intelligence & leadership competencies. The aim is to raise awareness and provide clarity of one’s own and their team’s individual strengths and how they can adapt them for use in accomplishing their organisational goals. The outcome is to achieve a more effective and healthier overall work life balance.

With over 25 years of experience our unique skill set is aimed at delivering to organisations a comprehensive vision and winning strategy. Using the latest tools and frameworks we identify areas where significant improvements can be made to deliver sustainable growth.

About Me

Prior to starting my executive coaching practice I spent many years building and growing several companies which I founded. After spending over 25 years growing, managing and leading these organisations I decided to exit and did so successfully between 2005 and 2011. I am now privileged to be sharing my own experience consulting, coaching and mentoring fellow founders and executives on their journey.

Coaching is really enjoyable work for me as it allows me to work with people in helping them achieve their potential in life, something I’m passionate about since my sporting days. In sport as in business, I find that everyone has limiting obstacles and beliefs that they must overcome each and every day, but knowing what it is you want and knowing what you must give up to get it brings clarity of purpose to your efforts. This clarity carries with it its own intrinsic motivation. This is what allows you to face your fears and climb inside the ropes.
